About Richard Veenendaal

Hello. After retiring from careers with The Oregon Air National Guard in 2010, and the Oregon Department of Corrections in 2020, I decided to join my family's Realty tradition. My Father was a Realty franchise owner in Springfield Oregon for many years. My Mother founded a residential property management company. When my parents retired, my Father sold the franchise and my sister took over the rental management company and runs it to this day. While I am not silly enough to think I am a great Realtor because my parents were great, they and my sister have been a wonderful resouce of knowledge and encouragement since I became a broker in 2020. As an associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, I have added to my knowledge and experience a great deal. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is an outstanding company to work with. The Resources at my disposal, coupled with the knowledge and support provided by my family, have helped me to become the Realtor I am today. As a result, I have developed a personal motto that has served me well. In short, since I became a Realtor, I have believed that good service is more important than making money. If I do what is best for the client, no matter what, the business takes care of it's self.
